We are the earliest electric spindle producer in China. After many years’ development, A complete system in electric spindle design and manufacture has been formed on the basis of rich experience and foreign technology. “High speed shaft structure analyses CAD software” has been adopted to improve the design officiency and design achievements of high speed, high precision high rigidy and numericale-controlled electric spindles.
　　　High-speed insert type electric spindles are widely used for bearing internal grinding. GDZ and ZGDZ new series are developed from the original DZ series. Main parameters like rotation speed, power rating, rigidity and precision are all improved, so the production efficiency, bearing surface quality and geometry precision are in turn greatly improved.
　　　Electric spindle shaft for machining center is the important item in the national “the Ninth Plan”. Now we have XD, XDS, XDJ and XPS series developed. These electric spindles are prositionally manufactured and well balanced. They are suitable for machining center, parallel machine tools, numerical-controlled milling machine, etc. XDS series has tool automatic-loose structure. XDJ series are installed with digital disc to achieve accurate control and prompt stop and automatic tool exchange.
　　　Meanwhile, we have special spindles for milling, drilling, boring, rolling, extending, wood carrying and high-speed chuck tester and high-speed centrifugal machine.
　　　Nowadays, we have developed more than 160 kinds of election spindles in 13 series of 8 types with rotation speed 5000r/min~150000r/min, power output 0.2Kw~0.75KW. Supported bearing came be high-speed angular contact ball bearing, ceramic bearing, air-floating bearing and magnetic-floating bearing. Grease lubrication, oil must and oil frog lurication are all frog lubrication are all possible. Temperature range 253℃~1400℃. Constant speed and varied speed can be provided.
